logo_ztglogo-zifg-tumvbz_logo_web_neuOn 1 October 2016 started a project of three gender research centers from universities in Berlin
to construct a repository for gender research. The project is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) with 500.000 EUR for two years.
The aim is to build up an electronic infrastructure (with dSpace) to make the results of gender research better accessible and to save it in a sustainable manner. The project is supervised by:
Dr. Karin Aleksander, Zentrum für transdisziplinäre Geschlechterstudien (ZtG) an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (HU),
Prof. Dr. Sabine Hark, Zentrum für interdisziplinäre Frauen- und Geschlechterforschung an der Technischen Universität Berlin, sowie
Dr. Anita Runge, Margherita-von-Brentano-Zentrum für Geschlechterforschung an der Freien Universität Berlin (project management).

Every university unit is responsible for a special part of the project and all work together on a cooperation agreement.  Every cooperation partner employed one researcher and one student assistant for the project.
A special website for the project will be created to inform about progress and results.
